Mike and I had a couple of exciting days the last two days in Kentucky. We got to go to Answers in Genesis' Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I think I was most impressed with the Ark. It is a full sized replica of the Ark that God told Noah to build before the Worldwide Flood (Genesis 6). It did a great job in helping you understand how  it was possible for 8 people to take care of all the 'kinds' of animals that God brought to Noah. A lot of scientific research had went into building it.

Yesterday we went to the Creation Museum. We enjoyed the 4D theater and the film of 6 days of Creation. They did a great job producing that. We also got to hear a really good speaker regarding the state of our Country. Towards the end of the day, Mike and I went ziplining. That was fun but a bit unnerving to me.

Today, we traveled up into Indiana. We gave been trying to do some famiky research in Hillsboro, Fountain County.  We met a spry 93 year old lady who was married to a Dotson. She has been doing Genealogy for over 40 years, so it was fun to compare notes with one another. She was happy to meet us. We also got to meet her son, Phil and his wife, Diana. She gave us some leads that we plan on looking into tomorrow morning before we head North to ve with Mike's family.

We are planning on being in Grabel over Labor Day weekend.  Then we are going to start our trip to the East coast.
